Why we built it

We make running your shop easy.

Quote requests in email, artwork in texts, apparel on a supplier site, the schedule on a whiteboard, payments somewhere else. Every job gets re-typed four times and something always slips. PrintShop One brings your shop together and puts the busywork on autopilot.

AI-assisted quoting

One click.
Quote. Mockup. Reply.

PrintShop One reads your customer's email, prices the job from your price list, puts their art on the shirt, and drafts the reply in your voice. You press one button and get back to printing.

Talk to your shop

Say the job out loud. The quote writes itself.

No email? Describe the job the way you would tell a coworker, or just talk. PrintShop One turns it into priced lines, sizes, placements and a due date, and only asks what it cannot know.

Build it by talking, or build it by clicking.

  • Voice. Runs in your browser, nothing installed. Stops on its own when you stop talking, then builds the preview.
  • Text. Type it in the same box. Say "through SanMar" and the shirt comes in from SanMar with live pricing.
  • Manual. Prefer the classic way? Add products from the live SanMar and S&S catalogs with the picker your team already knows.
  • Fix anything in place. A missing color, a print width, a date. Click the value, change it, and the quote follows.

What the AI actually does

  • Reads the whole thread, not just the last message, and tells you when an inquiry is ready to quote.
  • Prices from your price list, grouped by the rule printers use: one garment, one set of prints, one job.
  • Checks the artwork: resolution, background, vector or not. It flags, your artist decides.
  • Drafts the reply in your voice, with the portal link. Never sends. You press Send.
Skills and workflows

Work the way you want to work.

Teach PrintShop One how your shop works using plain language. Skills and workflows put your pricing, preferences and voice to work, helping AI handle the busywork and draft client messages that sound like you.

Skills are yours to write. Workflows are built in. Switch them on and they run on your skills.

  • Your pricing. Your rules. Set your price breaks, rush policy and minimums once. AI uses them to build your quotes.
  • Your voice. Paste two replies you’ve written to show AI your style, from the greeting to the sign-off.
  • Your judgment. Define which requests are ready to quote, what needs clarification and which questions to skip. AI sorts your inbox your way.
  • Your routine, automated. Schedule quote follow-ups, thank-you offers, reorder reminders and a daily digest. Customer messages arrive as drafts for you to review and send.
Supercharge your shop! Update your skills or workflows and put them to work on the next job. No complicated settings or waiting on us.

Tees $18 each at 24 or more, $22 under 24. Hoodies $32. Rush under 5 business days adds 20%. Minimum 12 pieces per design.

SkillVoice

Short sentences. First names. Never promise a date we have not confirmed. Sign every email “Alex at Coastal Ink & Thread”.

SkillTriage

Ready to quote needs garment, sizes and quantities in the thread. Supplier emails are never orders. Ask for the print file, never ask if it is print-ready.

Mockups

Auto create or manually create mockups.

Attach the art and the mockup builds itself, placed where a printer would put it. Or open the maker and place it by hand. Either way it is ready to send for approval.

  • Built with the quote. Attach the art, the mockup exists before you open the order.
  • Place it once, get them all. One layout renders every color in the job and every view it calls for, front, back and sleeves. Change the art and every mockup updates.
  • Auto background removal. A logo on a white or colored background is cut out for the mockup on its own. You accept the cutout or keep the original.
  • 300 DPI print-ready check. Every file is measured at its print size: resolution, background, vector or not. Print-ready gets the green mark, anything short is flagged for your artist before it reaches the press.
The same engine is your storefront. Your customers will design their own shirts on your store with this exact maker, see the price, and check out. Next on the roadmap.
Client stores

Create client stores. Live in minutes.

Teams, schools, companies, events. Launch a branded store for each one, send the link, and let their people order and pay on their own.

  • Create a store in minutes. Add products, styles and sizes, then send the link to your client. Switch stores on or off as needed.
  • Customers pick sizes, numbers, names and more. They check out seamlessly and receive a confirmation email on the spot.
  • Every order lands in your shop's queue. A store order is a normal order: production board, purchasing, invoices, all of it.
  • Custom prices per store, per item. Set the products and the price you want. The store shows exactly that.

Real-time ordering with SanMar and S&S

Order directly from your shop.

Connect your own SanMar and S&S accounts once. From then on the apparel you quote is the apparel you order, without leaving the PrintShop One platform.

  • Live pricing and stock while you quote. Real cost per size from your supplier account, never a copied catalog.
  • One purchase order across orders. Lines from every open job collect per vendor. Warehouse stock is checked before you send, so nothing goes on hold.
  • Placed from the app. Review, submit, done. The vendor's order number comes back onto the batch.
  • Tracking on the order. PO number, carrier, tracking link and arrival date sit on the order next to the in-hands date. "Did it come in" is a glance, not a phone call.
Turnkey t-shirt maker Coming soon

Boost sales with a T‑shirt Designer.

Put a t-shirt maker on your own site. Customers pick the garment and color, upload art or add text, see the price, and pay by card. The order lands in your queue with the design and the mockup attached.

  • Your catalog, your colors. Offer the garments you actually stock, from SanMar and S&S, in the colors you print on.
  • Art or text, placed on the shirt. The same maker your team uses, so what they see is what you print.
  • Live price with your breaks. 12 shirts, 24, 48, the price updates as they change the quantity.
  • Square checkout. Card on the page, sales tax included, confirmation email on the spot.
  • Straight into production. A finished order with a print-ready mockup, reviewed by you before it prints.
